Easy wake up as days go by, feeling better and better, apart from some rashes here and there. The view from my new friends appartment, showed a misty, smoggy, but still pretty skyline of Chiayi; again I dont feel like moving on, in an emotional way, not physical. I felt lazy speaing to Betty [the daughter of another parishiner] who had traveled Europe extensively, and treated me with very good hospitality.. because, I think her English was better than my Mandarin - but I still gave it a shot when I could. Rice pudding and tofu soup at a local restaurant, amazingly, mouth wateringly delicious. Think the place was famous - judging by the photos on the walls. I letf to the station, and at 9, made a call to arrange accomm in Tainan. Met someone here, who saw me in the newspaper! I was so happy and felt quite loved!! Not only did Kelly give me a bottle of water, but also donated nt200 to G.O.H! ALSO, she rode with me along with another [Pro] rider all the way to Guaziling Hotsprings resort. [But I left the bike at the police station in Baihe [why is it called white river?]]and hopped on Kellys scooter, watching the pro fight the mountains, He would not come to Tainan later on.. I needed to preserve myslelf for that. We enjoyed a coffee together watching the lush green beautiful mountains nature offered up here in cool climate, as I, alone dipped into wonderland, and smooth silky grey HOTTT springwater for an hour. Feeling like a new born baby when finished. I rode scooter back down, which felt so different!! [i prefer the bike - maybe just because Im so used to it now!] And it leaves 0 pollution as well, hey! But anyway, we then split, they beck to Chiayi, me onto somewhere Ive wanted to come fro so long TAINAN! I arrived late, 7 ish. But its smaller, cleaner and quite cute. Everyone has been so kind so far... I better not get to comfy or fall in love. I found Teresa house, where ill stay with some Indian nuns tonight. Curry curry curry!

隨著日子一天天過去，愈來愈能輕鬆的起床，越來越覺得不錯，除了這裡那裡不時出現的一些疹子。從我新認識朋友的公寓看出去霧氣瀰漫，但天際線仍舊美麗；我又不想繼續前往下一站了，這是在情緒上，而不是行動上。我懶洋洋的和Betty交談[另位教友的女兒]，Betty曾到歐洲四處旅遊，且很熱切的對待我…我想是因為她的英語比起我的中文還好。
但我仍然趁機試試看[在嘉義晃晃]。在當地餐廳吃了米糕，豆腐湯，讓人驚喜的垂涎美味。想說這家店很有名─從牆上的照片看起來。我離開前往車站，九點的時候，打了電話安排在台南的住宿。和某個人在車站那裡碰面，她在報紙上看到我！我很高興，受寵若驚！！Kelly不僅給我一罐瓶裝水，還捐了200元！同時她與另一位[專業級]單車騎士一路陪騎到關仔嶺溫泉區。[但我把單車留在白河的派出所(為什麼叫做白色的河?)]跳上Kelly的摩托車，看著專業騎士迎戰山區，他之後沒有要去台南，我則需要保留體力去台南。
我們一起享用咖啡，看著綠意盎然的美麗山巒，這裡很涼爽，接下來一個小時我獨自飽覽天然勝景，以及滑溜柔順灰黑色的熱溫泉。泡完之後，覺得自己好像個新生小孩。我騎機車下山，覺得很不一樣！[我比較喜歡單車─或許只因為我現在比較習慣單車吧！]而單車也不會製造污染，嘿！但不管，接下來我和他們說掰掰，他們回去嘉義，我前往我長久以來都想要去的地方，台南！
我抵達台南的時間比較晚，七點左右。台南比較小，比較乾淨，相當可愛。目前為止遇到的每個人都很和善…我最好不要弄得太舒適或愛上它。我找到仁愛傳教修女會，我今晚會在這裡與一些印度修女待在一起。咖哩，咖哩，咖哩！
Safe trip! Where are you now? You shouldn't miss Taichung, maybe you should visit next time.

Hi Andrew,this is Jeffrey,your student.My hometown is also Chiayi,and my favorite food is also Rice pudding. It is so delicious. My grandma lives just by the station. Chicken rice is also a famous food in Chiayi. You already ridden about 300~400 km, I believe. Looking forward to see you again.
